In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

by Israeli Occupation Regime Forceshttp://english.wafa.ps/, https://english.palinfo.com/, https://imemc.org/, https://paltoday.ps/ar/ *** *** Borrell: Half of bombs falling on Gaza supplied by Europe Saturday 10-May-2025 MADRID, (PIC) Former EU foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell, on Friday sharply criticized the EU for failing to act over the Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, stating that “half of the bombs falling on Gaza are supplied by us,” Anadolu reports. Speaking after receiving the Carlos V European Award at the Yuste Monastery in Spain, Borrell said Europe is witnessing “the biggest ethnic cleansing operation since World War II,” aimed at building a holiday resort after the elimination of Palestinians. Borrell described the situation in Gaza as “genocide” and said the EU, despite having the means to protest and influence Israeli actions, is failing to do so. “The EU is not doing what it can,” Borrell said. “We’re facing the largest ethnic cleansing operation since the end of the second world war in order to create a splendid holiday destination once all the millions of tons of rubble have been cleared from Gaza and the Palestinians have died or gone away,” Borrell said in a characteristically direct speech. The former European diplomat accused Israel of violating all the rules of conflict and of using the starvation of Gaza’s civilian population as a “weapon of war.” “Three times more explosive power has been dropped on Gaza than was used in the Hiroshima bomb,” he said. “And for months now, nothing has been getting into Gaza. Nothing: no water, no food, no electricity, no fuel, no medical services. That’s what [Benjamin] Netanyahu’s ministers have said and it’s what they’ve done.” “We all know what’s going on there, and we’ve all heard the objectives stated by Netanyahu’s ministers, which are clear declarations of genocidal intent. Seldom have I heard the leader of a state so clearly outline a plan that fits the legal definition of genocide,” he added. *** Gaza: UN anti-racism committee decries Israeli siege, urges immediate humanitarian access Saturday 10-May-2025 GENEVA, (PIC) The UN’s top anti-racism body has called for immediate humanitarian access to Gaza in a bid to avoid “catastrophic consequences” for its civilian population, who are facing famine, disease, and death. The UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD), which convened in Geneva for its latest session on Friday, issued its statement hours after the World Central Kitchen announced it was forced to shut down its remaining food kitchens across Gaza due to the Israeli blockade. “The food exhaustion in Gaza, combined with the widespread destruction or serious damage to water and electricity infrastructure, is placing the civilian population — especially vulnerable groups such as children, women, the elderly, and persons with disabilities — at imminent risk of famine, disease, and death,” CERD said. CERD also voiced serious concern over the escalating Israeli military operations across the Gaza Strip since early March, citing indiscriminate bombardments and expanded ground incursions, “which have dramatically worsened the humanitarian crisis and severely endangered the civilian population.” Invoking its early warning and urgent action procedures, CERD recalled its 2024 decision, which raised serious concerns regarding Israel’s obligations under international law to prevent war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide. CERD also drew attention to the broader deterioration of conditions across the occupied Palestinian territories, including east Jerusalem and the West Bank, where “patterns of mass displacement and settler violence are increasingly mirroring those in Gaza.” CERD called on Israel to “lift all barriers to humanitarian access, allow the immediate and unimpeded entry of humanitarian aid, and cease all actions obstructing the provision of essential services to the civilian population in Gaza.” Furthermore, it called on all countries that are parties to “the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination” to fulfill their international obligations by taking immediate and appropriate measures to prevent further escalation of hostility and to ensure the protection of civilians. All countries have to “cooperate to bring an end to the violations that are taking place and to prevent war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide, including by ceasing any military assistance,” CERD urged. The World Food Program previously raised the alarm over the total collapse of food aid operations in the besieged and war-ravaged enclave. In late April, the UN food agency announced that all of its food reserves in Gaza had run out as a result of the ongoing closure of border crossings. *** ****** Israel's genocide in Gaza: 23 Palestinians killed in 24 hours GAZA, May 10, 2025 (WAFA, PIC) — At least 23 Palestinians were killed and 124 others were injured in the Gaza Strip over the last 24 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli genocide in the region, according to medical sources. The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 2023 has risen to 52,810 fatalities, with an additional 119,473 individuals sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children. According to the Ministry, the death toll since Israel’s resumption of the genocide on March 18 after a two-month truce has also climbed to 2,701, in addition to 7,432 others injured. Emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to target ambulance and civil defense crews, according to the health authorities. The Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip continues undeterred despite calls from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza. M.N. *** Israel escalates deadly strikes on civilians across Gaza Saturday 10-May-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army continued last night and on Saturday to carry out deadly attacks on different areas of the Gaza Strip, killing and injuring dozens of civilians. According to local media sources, the Israeli occupation forces also continued today to detonate more homes and displace families in the Gaza Strip, further deepening the dire humanitarian crisis as the population grapples with worsening famine. According to the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reporters in Gaza, Israeli attacks have continued across the Gaza Strip, including an Israeli strike on a charitable kitchen on the rooftop of a house near Al-Jisr area in Al-Shaikh Radhwan neighborhood, northwest of Gaza City. Local sources told WAFA that Israeli occupation forces stormed the village and opened fire on residents and their homes, resulting in the injury of a young man. The nature and severity of his injuries were not immediately known. In a related development, the Israeli occupation forces continued to block the western entrance of the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, since this morning. The blockade restricts movement in both directions and effectively isolates the community. The western entrance is currently the only access point to the village, after the eastern entrance has been closed by Israeli forces since October 2023. M.N. *** Two Palestinians wounded by IOFs gunfire in W. Bank Saturday 10-May-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) Two Palestinian young men suffered bullet injuries at dawn Saturday after the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) stormed areas in the West Bank and attacked local residents. According to local sources, a 19-year-old young man was injured by IOFs gunfire in his leg in Tiqu'a town, southeast of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem). The IOFs also fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters at Tiqu'a homes, amid clashes with local youths. A local official reported that settlers attacked 'Arab Al-Mulai'hat villagers with pepper spray and injured one of them. In Ramallah, settlers torched and damaged a vast tract of agricultural land in Al-Mughayyir village. *** Israeli aggression on Toulkarm and its refugee camps continues unabated Saturday 10-May-2025 Toulkarm, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces continue their aggression against the city of Toulkarm and its camp for the 104th consecutive day, and for the 91st day on the Nour Shams refugee camp on Saturday, amid a continuous field escalation that includes repeated incursions, arrests, and evacuations of homes. Local sources reported that several explosions were heard during the night and early morning hours inside both refugee camps, coinciding with heavy firing of live bullets and sound bombs, and the launching of camera drones, amid a state of complete siege that prevents knowing the exact details of what is happening inside the two camps. Nour Shams refugee camp also witnessed extensive demolition of residential buildings last week, in the neighborhoods of Al-Manshiya, Al-Maslakh, Al-Jami', Al-Oyadha, and Al-Shuhada, as part of the occupation’s plan to demolish 106 houses and residential buildings in the Tulkarem and Nur Shams camps. Tension still prevails in the camp amid anticipation by the residents for a new wave of demolitions. In a related context, intense movements of occupation vehicles were observed in the city’s streets at night, especially in the eastern neighborhood, specifically in the areas of Al-Salam Roundabout, Al-Maslakh Roundabout, Abu Safiya Roundabout, Al-Haddadeen Street, and the vicinity of the Martyr Thabit Thabit Governmental Hospital. Local sources reported that the occupation forces forced citizens in the eastern neighborhood to evacuate their homes, which belong to the Abu Safiya and Abu 'Aql families, and are located adjacent to the Abu Al-Foul neighborhood in the Tulkarem camp, at a time when they threatened to demolish the wall of the memorial to the martyr 'Aamir Abu Khadeeja if it was not removed by the citizens. The occupation forces had assassinated the martyr Abu Khadija on March 23, 2023. The occupation forces also arrested the young man Ibrahim Al-Sheikh Ali from inside a café in Al-Maslakh Roundabout, in the eastern neighborhood, and took him to an unknown destination. In the Dthinnaba suburb, east of the city, the occupation forces spread around the Sharia School and Haleema KhuraishaSchool, where they carried out searches of vehicles and checked the identities of their passengers. They also fired at surveillance cameras in the area. In parallel, the city of Toulkarm is witnessing around the clock intense movements of occupation vehicles as they roam the main streets, specifically Al-Ma'hakim Street, the city center, and Shuwaika Roundabout, intercepting the movement of citizens and vehicles. The occupation army also continues to seize homes and residential buildings on Nablus Street and the adjacent northern neighborhood, turning them into military barracks after forcing its residents to evacuate them, with its vehicles stationed in its vicinity. The occupation army has continued to seize some buildings for more than two months. The Israeli aggression and its continuous escalation against the city of Tulkarem and its two camps have resulted in the martyrdom of 13 citizens, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant, in addition to the injury and arrest of dozens, and the infliction of comprehensive destruction on infrastructure, homes, commercial shops, and vehicles that were completely and partially demolished, burned, sabotaged, looted, and stolen. The aggression also caused the forced displacement of more than 4,200 families from the Tulkarem and Nur Shams camps, comprising more than 25,000 citizens, and the destruction of more than 400 homes completely and 2,573 partially, in addition to closing their entrances and alleys with dirt barriers, turning them into isolated areas devoid of life. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Illegal Israeli settlers attack Palestinian family in Al-Mughayir under army protection RAMALLAH, May 10, 2025 (WAFA) — A group of the illegal Israeli settlers, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, attacked a Palestinian family this evening in the village of Al-Mughayir, northeast of Ramallah, according to Palestinian security sources. The sources told WAFA that a group of colonists, accompanied by Israeli soldiers, raided Al-Khalayil area of the village and assaulted members of the Abu Hammam family who reside there. No injuries were reported. The attack is part of an ongoing wave of colonist violence across the occupied West Bank, frequently carried out with the support or complicity of Israeli forces. Since the early morning hours, Israeli forces have blocked the western entrance of the village, restricting movement in both directions and effectively isolating the community. The western entrance is currently the only access point to the village, after the eastern entrance has been closed by Israeli forces since October 2023. M.N. *** Illegal Israeli settlers assault Palestinians in Masafir Yatta under army protection Al-Khaleel (Hebron), May 10, 2025 (WAFA) — A group of the armed illegal Israeli settlers, under the protection of occupation forces, attacked Palestinian residents and shepherds this evening in Masafir Yatta region, south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron) in the occupied West Bank. Osama Makhamrah, a local anti-settlement activist, told WAFA that colonists from the illegal settlement of Susiya, built on Palestinian-owned land, hurled stones at residents and shepherds in the village of Susiya. They also threatened to kill them and prevented them from leaving their homes. The attack is part of a series of colonist assaults in the area, which have intensified in recent weeks amid broader efforts to displace Palestinian communities in the region. M.N. *** Israeli occupation forces demolish homes in Nour Shams amid ongoing military offensive Toulkarm, May 10, 2025 (WAFA) — Israeli occupation forces today demolished several residential homes in Nour Shams refugee camp, east of the city of Toulkarm in the occupied West Bank, as the military offensive on the camp enters its 91st consecutive day. Local sources reported that three homes were blown up in the Al-Manshiya neighborhood of the camp, triggering powerful explosions and sending thick plumes of smoke into the sky. The demolitions are part of an ongoing assault that includes the systematic destruction of residential structures in the camp. This latest wave of demolitions is part of Israel’s declared plan, announced ten days ago, to demolish 106 homes and buildings across Toulkarm and Nour Shams refugee camps. Of these, 48 are located in Nour Shams. The targeted neighborhoods include Al-Manshiya, Al-Maslakh, Al-Jami'a, the Al-'Iyada area, and Al-Shuhada. According to local estimates, 15 buildings—comprising multiple residential apartments—were demolished over the past week alone. Residents had been forcibly evacuated prior to the demolitions, but were ultimately displaced as part of the ongoing military offensive. The ongoing assault, going on since January, has triggered the forced displacement of more than 4,200 families—over 25,000 people—from the two camps. More than 400 homes have been completely destroyed, and an additional 2,573 have suffered partial damage. Israeli forces have also sealed the entrances and alleyways of the camps with earthen mounds, effectively turning them into isolated zones devoid of basic life activity. M.N. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** PWA: Gaza is dying of thirst amid systematic Israeli attacks on water infrastructure RAMALLAH, May 10, 2025 (WAFA) — The Palestinian Water Authority (PWA) issued an urgent humanitarian appeal today, warning that the Gaza Strip is "dying of thirst" as over 2.3 million residents are deprived of access to the minimum amount of water required for survival. The statement follows Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa’s declaration last week that Gaza is officially a famine zone. The PWA accused Israel of committing a grave and systematic war crime by using thirst and starvation as tools of genocide. According to the appeal, water extraction in Gaza has declined by 70–80% since the beginning of the ongoing genocide. Current water consumption has dropped to an alarming 3–5 liters per person per day—far below the World Health Organization’s emergency minimum of 15 liters. The destruction has left the water and sanitation system on the brink of total collapse. The Interim Rapid Damage and Needs Assessment (IRDNA) for Gaza estimates that 85% of water and sanitation infrastructure has been damaged or destroyed. Power cuts, fuel shortages, and military restrictions have also paralyzed efforts to repair and restore essential services. Wastewater systems are non-functional, resulting in the discharge of untreated sewage into residential areas and stormwater basins now overflowing with contaminated water—posing grave public health threats. Without clean water, many Palestinians in Gaza have resorted to using brackish agricultural wells, leading to widespread exposure to waterborne diseases. Hospitals, already overwhelmed, lack the water and sanitation necessary to contain outbreaks or treat patients adequately. The PWA emphasized that the Israeli targeting of water access and infrastructure is a violation of multiple international laws and conventions. These include the 1948 Genocide Convention, under which deliberately depriving civilians of conditions necessary for survival—including water—is defined as an act of genocide. It is also a breach of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which recognizes the denial of essential resources as a war crime, especially when civilians—including children—die from dehydration or malnutrition. Moreover, Israel’s actions violate the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949 and the 2019 Geneva List of Principles on the Protection of Water Infrastructure, which prohibit the use of water infrastructure as a weapon of war. The PWA urged the international community to take urgent and decisive action to stop what it called “a deliberate and systematic campaign to exterminate the civilian population of Gaza through thirst, hunger, and disease.” Unless immediate steps are taken to allow the entry of water, fuel, and materials to restore services, the PWA warned that Gaza is on the verge of mass death from dehydration and disease. M.N *** UNICEF criticizes Israeli-US aid distribution plans in Gaza, warns of worsening child suffering GENEVA, May 10, 2025 (WAFA) — The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has strongly criticized new plans proposed by Israel and the United States to oversee the distribution of humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip, warning that such arrangements would worsen the dire situation for children and families. In a statement on Saturday, UNICEF spokesperson James Elder said the proposed plan by Israel, presented to the humanitarian community, "appears likely to exacerbate the ongoing suffering of children and families in Gaza." Elder noted that his criticism also extends to a new coordinating body believed to be part of the same broader plan, which relief organizations fear could compromise the independence and neutrality of aid efforts. Humanitarian groups have consistently rejected any arrangements that would place the occupying power, Israel, in a position of control over aid distribution in Gaza, citing concerns over manipulation and obstruction of humanitarian access. Elder warned that "using humanitarian aid as bait to coerce displacement—especially from northern to southern Gaza—forces families into an impossible choice: displacement or death." “There is a simple alternative,” he added. “Lift the blockade and allow unrestricted access for humanitarian aid to save lives.” M.N. *** OCHA: 70% of Gaza Strip residents under forced displacement orders Saturday 10-May-2025 NEW YORK, (PIC) The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has confirmed that Palestinians are dying in the Gaza Strip, which has been under a complete Israeli siege for the third consecutive month, as part of the ongoing genocide for more than a year and a half. OCHA said in a statement published on Saturday on its “X” account, that 70% of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are in areas where Israeli forces are present, or under displacement orders, or both. It stressed that the United Nations and its partners are ready to intensify the provision of aid to the Gaza Strip as soon as the Israeli siege, which has been ongoing since March 2, is lifted. In describing the situation in the Gaza Strip, OCHA said: “Palestinians are dying amid a complete Israeli siege for the third consecutive month.” Earlier, the spokesperson for the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), James Elder, said that the plan put forward by Israel to the humanitarian community is “designed in a way that will increase the suffering of children and families,” stressing that the plan violates basic humanitarian principles, especially with regard to the use of facial recognition technology as a prerequisite for obtaining assistance. Elder pointed out that what is currently entering Gaza is “only bombs,” while “everything necessary for a child’s survival has been banned,” stressing that this situation reflects “a deep moral collapse,” and that everyone “will pay the price for this indifference.” According to Elder, the plan allows only 60 aid trucks to enter Gaza per day, which is only about 10% of what was allowed during the ceasefire, an amount that is “completely insufficient to meet the needs of more than two million people, half of whom are children.” *** =============================================================================================================================== Editorial
